The Plymouth-Canton Educational Park started varsity bowling in 2008. Three Schools (Plymouth, Canton, and Salem High Schools) - One Park - serve the communities of Canton Township, Plymouth, Plymouth Township, Northville Township, Salem Township and Superior Township.
Led by Kathie Hahn and Karl Brubaker and a single booster program, PCS bowling is a thriving sport at the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park. Each school has multiple accomplishments within the sport both by individuals and teams . . . including divisional, conference, regional and state championships.
The mission of the PCS High School Bowling team is to develop young athletes to excel as bowlers, students, and young adults. We believe that an athlete’s dedication to the sport and to his/her team should also be reflected in their educational commitment, work ethic, respect for coaches, opponents, and other representatives of the bowling program. The success of the program will not be measured by the individual scores of the bowlers or by the win/loss record of the team . . . but rather by how the team’s members develop as young adults. We believe that through competitive athletics and a solid team concept that these goals will be accomplished.
